A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared.

The Richmond Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Courtney Tout, a 14 year old white female, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 120 pounds, strawberry blonde hair with blue eyes, and has a nose piercing.

Courtney is missing from Richmond, Indiana which is 73 miles east of Indianapolis and was last seen on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 7:00 pm. She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
