A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared.

The Henry County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the disappearance of Levi Triplett, a 16 year old white male, 5 feet 11inches tall, 150 pounds, brown hair with blue eyes, last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, teal scrub pants, turquoise shoes and carrying a red backpack. He was last seen riding a blue bicycle.

Levi is missing from New Castle, Indiana which is 48 miles east of Indianapolis and was last seen on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 9:30 pm. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
