A vicious pack of dogs attacking pets-causing a disturbance downtown.

Residence in the historic district reported that their pet was attacked on their own property by a group of 2 dogs. A gentleman driving down 12th street helps them to break up the fight, and animal control was able to get one of the two dogs secured. The dog that was more aggressive is still roaming the area. It became known by animal control that recently someone dumped the two dogs and they have been trying to round them up before anyone gets hurt.
