Altercation Leads To A Shooting With Crossbow on Fletcher (11/2/2022)

UPDATE: 4:45 PM Criminal charges were filed against Clamme, and the Probable Cause Affidavit will be on file with the Madison County Prosecutor’s Office.
Developing Story
On 11/02/2022, APD responded to the 2000 block of Fletcher Street in reference to a subject being shot by a crossbow. As officers arrived on the scene, they located the victim, rendered aid, and transported him to a local Anderson hospital in stable condition. Preliminary details depict that the victim, Zachary Sedam (25), was involved in a dispute with Frederic Clamme (30). Due to the altercation, Clamme shot Sedam with a crossbow. The scene was ultimately turned over to the Criminal Investigations Division, and the case remains ongoing.
Criminal charges were filed against Clamme, and the Probable Cause Affidavit will be on file with the Madison County Prosecutor’s Office.
Clamme is being held at the Madison County Jail without a bond.
