Anderson, IN – The Madison County Drug Task Force (MCDTF) initiated an investigation into

a violent felon's suspected use and sale of narcotics and possession of firearms. MCDTF

gathered evidence to request a search warrant associated with the alleged allegations.

On 03/13/2023, a search warrant was executed at a residence in the 1300 block of Bramble Way. The home was unoccupied; however, several firearms and drug contraband were located during the search. The alleged suspect, Robert Arnold Jr. (45) of Anderson, was found by the Muncie Police Department several hours later and placed into custody following a pursuit and brief standoff. He has been remanded to the Delaware County Jail at this time. The MCDTF submitted local charges to the Madison County Prosecutor's Office, and the investigation remains ongoing.

Brief Summary: On 03/13/2023, the Anderson SWAT Team and the Madison County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence in the 1300 block of Bramble Way.
