Anderson Man Accused Of Rape Arrested.

Court records show that Gary Lee Hendrickson was arrested after being officially charged in an alleged rape that happened in December of 2020. According to MyCase, Hendrickson was charged with a felony-level- three and could face up to 16 years in the Indiana Department of Correction. Hendrickson was arrested on the warrant on January 6th and was released on bond according to the jail inmate detail later that same day. The MyCase information found online also suggests the state is seeking a habitual offender status that could land him in prison longer. The jail records show there was a prior arrest for domestic battery from June of 2021.
