Breaking News- Shooting on Marine Drive

Anderson Police responded to a report of shots fired in the 200 block of Marine Drive. Officers were advised that a possible suspect vehicle, a silver-colored sedan, fired multiple gunshots from the car toward a residence. As officers arrived, they secured the scene and contacted the victim, who sustained a minor injury but refused medical treatment. Investigators located evidence of the gunfire at the scene, and the case remains under investigation. The Anderson Police will monitor the area closely and follow up on all available leads.
