Developing Stories Overnight- Predator In Jail, Fire, and Shots Fired At Nightclub. 10/27/22

These are all developing Stories.

Travis W. Perrine of Anderson was arrested on 10/26/22 and is being held without bond in the Madison County Jail. According to the jail website, he is accused of child molestation, "statutory rape," and child solicitation. He was already on the registry, and according to MyCase records, he had pled guilty to failing to register as a sex offender in a Wells County court in March of 2018. We will bring more information about this story when it becomes available,

Shortly after 3:00 A.M., Anderson Police responded to a "shots fired" call that came in from the parking lot of the VIP show club. According to the scanner, at around 3:13 AM, a fight broke out, but the Anderson Police had the suspect in custody at 3:19 AM. The suspect's name or mugshot was not available at the time we published this story, be sure to check back.

At 2:56 AM, the Anderson Fire Department was called out to a commercial structure fire; at 3:40 AM, there were still seven units on the scene. As of 5:15 AM, the units have been cleared, but it still shows open on the pulse point app. We will attempt to find out what happened.

It is 34 degrees at 5:15 AM in Anderson, and we are expecting a high of 57 today. Bundle up if you are going to be out tonight, as it will drop back down to 38.
