Richard Allen Booked Into Jail for Delphi Murders - We Did a Deep Search, Here Is What We Found.
Developing Story
The high-profile case of the German and Williams murders has gone unsolved for five years. The teens disappeared on the Monon High Bridge on Feb. 13, 2017. They were reported missing, and their bodies were found a day later. The case has generated leads from the public in the search for the killer.
We will update this photo with his booking photo once we have it, but we relied on our image and video matching programs to pull these up with the profile name "Richard Allen" and with a deep search, we were able to connect these photos to the sketch. We linked up with a YouTube channel that had a two-hour stream analyzing these photos and information that has followed the case since the beginning.
We know he was from Delphi, and we know he had a court hearing today, but we do not have any more than that. The Videos and Photos are all from deep searches, and we are continuing to search for you to find every bit of information for you. We will also link the source for your reference.
Indiana State Police announced Friday that they will be holding a press conference on Monday, October 31. The press conference will include the Indiana State Police, the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, the United States Marshals Service, and the Carroll County Prosecutors Office. The conference is scheduled for Monday, October 31, at 10 a.m. at the Delphi United Methodist Church.
