Event Announcement - M.C.C.N.N 2022 Fall Festival- Hosted by RnG Towing and Automotive- October

FREE COMMUNITY EVENT
The Fall Festival for 2022 will be healed at the RnG Towing and Recovery facility to showcase the cleanup of the former Lee's Anderson Towing that owners Austin Russell and Chris Gilly have been doing since they took over this year. What used to be a pile of 400 cars is now a cleared-out yard with a very large pole barn that will be the location of this event. The property also houses a two-bay auto repair center, and the western part of the property is where the RnG Towing service resides. Owner Austin Russell and the Madison County News Network are collaborating to bring everyone out to the property for a fall festival. This was one of the largest cleanups in the city's history, and we want to celebrate what they have done to improve the property and the neighborhood.
M.C.C.N.N has also worked the plans out for the fall festival to have vendor space for up to 80 vendors outside and an additional 20 vendors inside the pole barn, where the festival will be held on Saturday, October 1st 2022, and Sunday, October 2nd, 2022. There will also be a stage for live music that is made possible by Anderson Handyman.
The annual Restoration Church Rummage Sale will also be set up at the Fall Festival. The funds they raise cover the costs of hygiene bags they hand out to the homeless community. They also feed the homeless and try to help them get back on their feet.
Handmade Treasures has been selected to make and sell the official Fall Festival merchandise for the event. We anticipate those fall festival t-shirts and merch to start arriving and being sold this August.
The full itinerary will become available after Labor Day for the 2-day event. M.C.C.N.N will start booking vendors interested in setting up at the event starting this Monday. The event will be family-friendly, and we plan to have a lot of fun and entertaining attractions at this event.
All parties, including this news page, share a common goal of serving our community. We want everyone to mark their calendars and come out.
