Gearing Up For The Largest Fall Festival to Hit Madison County Indiana

The first weekend in October is a pivotal time for many small businesses nationwide. Many retailers find themselves racing to gather inventory for the holiday season, while others end their season with businesses that do more in the summertime. The 1st weekend in October always seems historically good for all businesses. Since COVID many small businesses have not been able to experience it, but that changes this year. The Madison County News Network has been covering the largest property cleanup in Madison County history that took place at RnG Towing and Automotive and agreed to collaborate on a fall festival to celebrate the accomplishments. Anderson Handyman has joined the collaboration by working with the property owners on several remodeling projects, all of which are anticipated to be completed by the end of September. The projects are funded through The Funded Project by Metromedia Funding Solutions. Some of the events and attractions include a free concert stage and a benefit rummage sale for Restoration Church that will generate enough revenue to give out hygiene bags to the homeless population. The Funded Project also is working on setting up resources with Restoration Church to help the homeless community re-establish themselves and get off the streets. This is expected to be the largest event of the fall.
The Fall Festival will house 100 vendors both indoors and outdoors, allowing them the chance to set up and market their products and services; Show merchandise is expected to become available sometime in August. Handmade Treasures was selected to produce the official merchandise in an effort to showcase the all-new direct-to-film printing process that is unique to the company and is the latest in printing technology. News of the performers hitting the Anderson Handyman Stage has not been made public yet as the details are being sorted out, but they said the efforts are to spotlight local talent. Metromedia Funding Solutions plans to do another cash giveaway drawing at the event.
