Major Police Chase results in a crash and foot pursuit

Muncie police chased a suspected shooter on I-69 into Grant county where the vehicle was finally stopped after the use of stop sticks in Grant county. Speeds toppled over 100 miles per hour and officers had valid concerns of slick spots during the pursuit. The suspects fled on foot. At the time this was written, one was confirmed in custody at around 2:06 AM. This is a developing story.
