Police Need Your Help To Locate Man Who Robbed Local Dollar General.

On Monday, January 31, 2022 around 8:40 AM The Anderson Police responded to an armed robbery at the Dollar General located at 2450 Columbus Avenue. Preliminary investigation revealed that a black male suspect entered the store armed with a handgun, wearing a mask and dark-colored clothing.

The suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of cash and fled southbound on foot. Officers searched the area, and the case remains under investigation.
