Update on Shooting At Ricks Mart In Anderson.

Anderson, IN— On 11/02/2022, the Anderson Police responded to a report of a shooting

at 1002 Nichol Avenue (Conoco). As officers arrived on the scene, they located a male

subject suffering from gunshot wounds inside the store. They quickly secured the

immediate area and began rendering aid. The victim, identified as Aundre Nell Qua

Maine Diamond (28) of Indianapolis, remains in the ICU in serious condition.

Preliminary details depict that the suspect entered the store and immediately began

shooting Diamond before fleeing the area in a vehicle. The Criminal Investigations

Division has been following up on multiple leads. However, no arrests have been made at

this time, and the investigation remains ongoing.
